198 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Policy
Please read this document carefully before using the 198 platform. By registering for or using any of the services provided, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms stated herein.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. This document is subject to change from time to time.
Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using the 198 platform in any way, you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all related policies published by 198. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.
Use of the 198 platform is restricted to individuals who:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
- Be a Malaysian citizen or lawful resident;
- Not be subject to any legal prohibition or court order restricting participation in betting or online entertainment activities;
- Not use any automated software, bots, or other unauthorised methods to access the platform.
198 reserves the right to decline registration or terminate the account of any user who does not meet the eligibility requirements above, without obligation to provide any explanation.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 198 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed without prior notice. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and login credentials. 198 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where a user has failed to protect their login information. Users are advised to use a strong password and not share it with anyone.
Users agree not to use the 198 platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to: fraud, money laundering, manipulation of betting systems, abuse of promotions, or any activity that harms other users or the integrity of the platform. Any attempt to exploit technical bugs, system loopholes, or odds errors will be treated as a serious breach of these terms.
Payments, Deposits & Transactions in MYR
All financial transactions on the 198 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Accepted deposit methods include online bank transfers via FPX, Boost e-wallet, GrabPay, and other methods listed in the user's account panel at the relevant time.
Users are responsible for ensuring that all deposited funds come from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any illegal activity. 198 reserves the right to request proof of source of funds where required by internal compliance procedures.
For withdrawal of winnings, the account holder's name on the bank account must match the name registered on the 198 account. Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe stated in the account panel, subject to completion of identity verification. 198 reserves the right to delay or cancel any withdrawal that appears suspicious while an investigation is conducted.
Deposits are final and non-reversible once credited to a gaming account. Any transaction disputes must be reported to customer support within 30 days of the transaction date.
Account Suspension, Closure & Limitation of Liability

198 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account immediately without prior notice in the following circumstances: breach of these terms, suspected fraud or illegal activity, provision of false registration information, use of multiple accounts, or at the request of relevant authorities. Users whose accounts are suspended for valid reasons may forfeit any remaining balance in those accounts, subject to the outcome of the investigation.
Limitation of Platform Liability
198 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including losses due to service disruptions, technical errors beyond our control, or unsatisfactory betting outcomes. The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis, and 198 makes no guarantees regarding profits or financial returns from use of this service.
Intellectual Property & Restrictions on Reuse
All content on the 198 platform — including logos, designs, interfaces, text, images, and software — is the exclusive property of 198 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any platform content for commercial or non-commercial purposes without prior written consent from 198.
Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Governing Law

The 198 platform may contain links or integrations to third-party services such as payment processors and game providers. 198 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third parties. Users are advised to review each third party's own terms separately before using their services.
Changes to These Terms
198 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on the official 198 website. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Users are advised to review this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the 198 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant Malaysian courts.
